Session Offerings

Private training includes 1-hour of 1:1 training


Sessions can be booked in quantitiy of 1, 4 or 8 count packages.

(Each athlete's 1st session includes a baseline to initiate progress tracking)



Session Layout:

                  i.      1 min: PRAYER 

                 ii.      2 – 7 min: Warm up (Dynamic or Static) 

                iii.      8 – 10 mins: Water and Pre-session Discussion

                iv.      11 – 50 mins: Programed Workout of the Day

                v.      51 – 60 mins: Cool Down and Stretch



Speed & Agility Group Classes includes 90 minutes of development & friendly competition


Sessions are booked with a 1 class or 4 class credit pass.

Team Training

Team sessions are for sports clubs, school teams and any other organized group with greater than 6 athletes.
